Yerba Santa, also know as “Holy Herb” creates a sweet, uplifting
scent. Traditionally used as a smudge or incense for protection and
setting boundaries, Yerba Santa has also been used for purification,
growth, empowerment and the release of emotional pain stored in the
heart chakra.
ORIGIN
Our Yerba Santa comes from the natural habitat of the plant in
California. Hand-picked in a way that does not harm their natural
environment.
HOW TO USE
1 – Always leave windows open during and after smudging. This allows
smoke to escape.
2- Light the top of the sage stick with a match. Blow out quickly if
it catches on fire.
3 – Walk through the space where you want to clean the energy.
3 – Place the stick in a fireproof container. You can use it again
until it runs out.
To finish your ritual, make sure your smudge stick is completely
extinguished. You can do this by dabbing the lit end into a small bowl
of ash or sand. Once it’s completely put out, store it in a safe,
dry place out of the sun.
