Night-time Cleansing Face Oil Method
gently splash some warm water on your face – pat dry with a clean cloth/flannel/wash cloth
add a pea size amount (more if needed) of your night cleansing oil to the palm of your hand
with gentle pressure and in light, circular motion massage the oil into your skin. Pay particular attention to your cheeks, forehead, eyebrows, eye and neck area
dampen a clean flannel with hand-hot water, squeeze and lay it on top of your face. To trap the moisture and heat lay a second dry flannel. Leave until the flannel has cooled down
rinse your skin thoroughly with cool water
just leave to dry or if you prefer gently pat dry with a dry flannel
certainly repeat the method if you wish for extra hydration
