Wheat and Lavender Cushion
Therapeutic pillows are handmade through a careful selection of wheat seeds and dried lavender flowers.
This size is mostly suitable for eyes and head, (due to its size/shape) however it can be applied to other areas of the body.

Measurements: 10cm x 22cm
Materials: pillow with wheat cereal and dried lavender flowers + washable pillow lining (both fabrics are 100% cotton.
Indications: the inner pillow must not be washed or subjected to moisture. You can wash the outside whenever you want.
These pillows can be applied either hot (microwave – up to 1.30 minutes at a power of 600 to 800 W) or cold, placing them in the freezer. Preferably you should put a plastic wrapped around the pillow when placed in the freezer (1 to 3 hours) so that it doesn’t get so wet and unpleasant to the touch.
Cold indications: dark circles, fever, migraines, muscle inflammation (swelling)
Hot indications: tension and muscle pain, cramps, relaxation
