Cranberry Welsh Cakes crammed with Ocean Spray Cranberries. Soft and sweet Cranberries give these Welsh Cakes a taste of New England all year round. We like ours with a spot of cream cheese too. Flour (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour) sugar, wheat gluten, soybean oil, salted butter, buttermilk solids, mono and diglycerides, soybean lecithin, non-fat dry milk & whey solids, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch, allspice, cinnamon and xanthan gum. Dried Cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil).
The ready made cakes have a 7-10 day shelf life and can be stored in the freezer and taken out as needed. This will avoid any waste.
