These are filled with rice rather than wheat as rice doesn’t attract weevils.

To Heat
Place is microwave (with small bowl of water to prevent scorching)
Heat for 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
Approximately 4 minutes to reach temperature depending on microwave settings.
To Cool
Place in fridge or freezer until desired temperature is reached.
