This sponge cloth has been a long time coming here at Eco Coach House.
It is double sided with a scrubby hessian front and a cotton waffle back, a multipurpose sponge which can tackle your cleaning needs. From the kitchen to the bathroom, floors to windowsills, mopping spills to washing pots, this sponge has you covered (just get a different sponge for each task or wash between use!)
When they get mucky they can be put in the washing machine, or even the top rack of the dishwasher.
This sponge should last you a fair while, but it’s important to know what happens at the end of its life. Unlike most other kitchen sponges (you know the horrid yellow and green ones which are actually plastic and don’t seem to last more than a week) this sustainable sponge is 100% compostable, from the hessian to the thread, there isn’t a spec of plastic in sight. Just chop it up small and it can be added to your home compost
