This picture was taken by D.R. Spetka during trip to Uganda in May, 2017. This shot was taken from the balcony of a large mall near the downtown Kampala area. In the background, features the Gaddafi National Mosque, which was built on the Kampala Hill in the Old Kampala area. The mosque was completed in 2006 and has a capacity of 15,000 individuals. Gaddafi gifted this mosque to Uganda, for the benefit of the Muslim population. This photo is available for purchase download, which will remove the watermarks.
