Ingredients:
Gluten-Free Plain Flour (rice flour, potato starch, maize flour), Soft Light Brown Sugar, White Sugar, Dark Chocolate Chips (22%) (sugar, palm oil (RSPO), fat-reduced cocoa powder, whey powder (MILK), emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), stabiliser (sorbitan tristearate)), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (cocoa powder, potassium carbonates, potassium hydroxide).

Method:
Preheat oven to 180˚C/160˚C fan.
Mix 3 large eggs, 1tsp vanilla essence and 150ml of rapeseed or vegetable oil together.
Add packet contents to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Spread evenly in a greaseproof lined baking tray, approx. 22cm square.
Bake for 20-25 mins.
Check its cooked by ensuring a knife comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack before cutting into slices.
