How to make: Add the packet contents to a pan with 1500ml of cold water, bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer. Cook for approx. 20-30 minutes until the lentils are soft, stirring occasionally. Blend the soup and serve with an optional swirl of cream. Season to taste. . Serves 4
