Shelf life on purchase – 3-12 months
How to make: Place the packet contents in a pan with 1500ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring regularly. Add extra water if required. Blend when peas are soft until the soup is smooth. Season to taste. Serves 4+
