How much does delivery cost? 

How much you pay for shipping depends on where you’re based, and where the seller you’re buying from is based. Shipping is typically free of charge over a certain order value, and a small flat fee if you don’t hit this minimum value. Check our shipping policy for more information. 

How do I pay for my order? 

You’ll always have the option to pay for your order in full upfront. However, we do also offer trade credit and net terms (subject to approval) which give you the option to pay for your order later, interest free. This means you have a chance to sell the stock you’ve ordered before you need to pay for it, helping smooth out your cash flow.

What happens if my order arrives damaged? 

Our sellers are used to shipping fragile items, and will do their best to make sure everything arrives undamaged. However, occasionally items may be damaged during their journey. If anything in your order is missing or damaged, you can report this in your dashboard, and you’ll either be refunded, or the items will be replaced. We’re here to support as needed at any point — just reach out to us via live chat.
