How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is free over a certain value which depends on where you and your seller are located, and starting from £300. If your order is under this minimum order value, there’s a small flat fee to pay (starting at £8.99). How do I return these indoor rugs? 

If your new rugs aren’t selling as well as you’d hoped, you can return them within 60 days of the order date (provided it was your first order placed with that brand). In some countries, we’ll even come and collect them for free. Check our Returns page to see how returns work in your country.
