How to use it ?
As a general rule, test the application of your preparation in the crease of the elbow at least 24 hours before using it.
Possible routes of use: cutaneous use, diffusion, inhalation and oral route.
Because of its cooling effect, used at a high dose may cause irritation, we recommend always diluting it at a 15 % for skin application.
If diffused, do not use pure : mix it with smoother essential oils to a maximum of 15%.
Do not use during the first 3 months of pregnancy and breastfeeding, or in children under 3 years old.
Not recommended for people at risk of epilepsy. Seek medical advice before use.
Store away from heat and light. Its optimal use-by date is noted on its packaging.
Essential oil can provoke skin cutaneous allergies because it naturally contains components that are considered as allergens by the European cosmetic regulation : limonene (<2,5%) et linalol (<0,5%).
If a doctor is consulted, have the container or label at hand.
Keep out of reach of children.
If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical attention.
