What’s it taste like: one word – zingy! Naturally sweet with a strong juicy punch, this infusion is mouth-watering both hot or cold. A warm rich flavour and slightly bitter tartness that can only be associated with blood oranges.
When to brew: ideal for anytime of the day, but if you are fancy something sweet, then this is the one for you.
How I brew: 1.5 teaspoons per cup for 4-7 mins in 95-100°c water. If you forget about it, it’s gorgeous cold too. I’ve heard it’s really nice with vodka too, so I’ve heard.
